This class is designed for young children between the ages of 2-5 years old who are new to swimming. We will learn how to blow bubbles, kick, glide, and build confidence in your little swimmer.
This class is designed for older children between the ages of 6 years and older who need a refresher to swimming. We will go over blowing bubbles, kick, glide, basic strokes and build confidence in your swimmer.
This class is designed for older children 9 years and up who are very comfortable in the water. PERFECT FOR SWIM TEAM KIDS! This class will focus on advanced swimming skills and all swim strokes and techniques. All classes will take place in the deep end of the pool.
This class is an introduction to swimming. We will focus on water adjustment, blowing bubbles, kicking, and arm movement through games and songs. **PARENT REQUIRED IN THE WATER**
30 minute class, TUESDAY ONLY
This class is designed for those kids who are comfortable in the water. They are able to float, put their face in, and know basic swimming skills. This class will teach them proper stroke mechanics and technique for specific strokes as well as diving.

One on One swim lessons with the coach and swimmer.
Coach and 2 swimmers who are the same skill level.
45 minute workout, 4 days a week Monday - Thursday
This 45 minute class is for ADULTS/YOUTH SWIMMERS who love to swim and want to build up endurance, add some low impact cardio, or work on technique! This lap swimming workout is tailored to levels of swimming ability. (at your pace) We will work on stroke technique and build your endurance with a "swim team" type practice. (1,000 + yards/class) Offered Monday - Thursday 7:30 am-8:15 am
